An exhibition of Latin American folk art, bursting with color and form. In Latin America, the refined handicrafts made by the people are known as popular art (Arte Popular in Spanish). From Mexico in the north to Argentina in the south, the National Museum of Ethnology will exhibit approximately 400 works of popular art, ranging from relics of ancient civilizations to works of contemporary art collectives.
